Cancellation Policy

At Venise Naturals we understand life comes at you fast for that reason we have a cancelation policy in place that accommodates your personal needs as well as our businesses. To cancel or reschedule services please contact us via Phone Call (voice mail if your call isn't answered immediately) or Text Message at least 24 hours before your service in order to use your deposit for a future appointment. Deposits are only good for ONE appointment after the first reschedule. You will be allowed to rebook one additional time after the first two missed services with an additional deposit secured; if you are a no show to your 3rd appointment you forfeit your deposit to us, and we reserve the right to refuse any future services at Venise Naturals. Deposits are taken to ensure that our time is taken seriously, and it compensates for loss of income on our end if you are unable to make it to your appointment.
