  • Payment Methods
    The payment methods that we currently accept are Credit / Debit Cards, and Paypal.
  • Where does Venise Naturals ship?
    We ship throughout the entire United States. We are not currently offering international shipping.
  • When will my order ship?
    We handmake all of our products in small batches with love and plant-based ingredients. Most items in stock are made weekly. For these reasons processing times are added to each order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking once your package has been shipped. Please see shipping options below: OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES ARE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING COVID - PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED. - VN GROUND: 3-5 days in transit - VN EXPEDITED: Orders ship same MONDAY-FRIDAY if placed before 12PM EASTERN TIME (please be mindful of this time-zone when ordering)

Include your first & last name, and as much detail about your business as possible. As a cruelty free brand we are interested in knowing what type of business you are running in order to ensure our brands embody the same vision and reflect each other's purposes well.
  • My skin isn't loving a product I ordered
    Uh OH! We're sorry to hear that one of our products wasn't a perfect match for your skin. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to contact help@venisenaturals.co with RETURN in the subject line of the email. Returns are available within 7 days of your product's arrival. Returns are applicable on single, regular size items only. Once your return is received, store credit will be issued to your Venise Naturals account. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We receive the right to deny any return request where abuse of policy is evident. *If you cancel your order prior to shipment we can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • My package was unable to be delivered due to a wrong address
    Please double check your order confirmation and ensure that you've entered the correct address. If your address cannot be verified by UPS we will contact you for an alternative address. If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for an additional send out. There is a 20% restocking fee for non-reshipment packages. Shipping is nonrefundable once a package is sent out.
  • My package was marked delivered, however, I did not receive it
    Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. After verifying please send an email to help@venisenaturals.co with the order number in the subject line - We need to be notified within 24 hours of missed delivery to assist you. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER. FOR CHANGES, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED. SAMPLES/TRY ME SIZES//BUNDLE ITEMS//HOLIDAY PROMOTION ITEMS (BF/CYBER) ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS//EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Damages
    We would like to sincerely apologize for any damages that may have occurred to your package. If this does happen, please email help@venisenaturals.co with the subject line as SHIPMENT. Be sure to include your first & last name, order number, and 3 clear photos of the damage. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery so that we can replace the item(s) for you. Damage reported outside of the allotted time-frame will be handled at our discretion.
